Sifu Gino Belfiore

    Sifu Belfiore started his martial arts career in 1988 in the style of Tae Kwon Do. In 1992 he changed styles and began his Shaolin Kung Fu training with John H. Ervin Jr. and the Wing Lam Kung Fu School. Since then he has traveled the world fighting and winning competitions. He is the retired 5 time national Shuai-Chiao champion (Chinese Wrestling). In 1998 he took third (3) place in the Paris world Shuai-Chiao Championships and fourth (4) place in the 1997 Beijing world Shuai-Chiao Championships. Sifu Belfiore was the 1999 Great Lakes San Shou (full contact fighting) Champion and the 1998 C. A. A. T. (Chinese American Athletic Tournament) San Shou  Champion.

    

            

    Sifu Belfiore has had the privilege of training with some of the top kung fu masters today including: Grand Master Kwong Wing Lam,  Grand Master Daniel Weng, Grand Master William Chen, Grand Master Piang Siang Tao, Grand Master Pan Qing Fu, Master Henry Chong, Master Jon Funk and Master Richard Tolson. He still trains with Master John H. Ervin Jr. in Northern Shaolin, Hung Gar and Shuai-Chiao. Sifu Belfiore opened the Shaolin Kung Fu Institute in 1997 and offers a full curriculum of Shaolin, Hung Gar, Shuai-Chiao Tai Chi and Monkey Style.
