IMDVD01: BEGINNER FORM - CONTINUOUS LINKING FISTS.
This DVD teaches you the first form of this training course. This Form contains all the basic techniques to start building a good foundation in any Kung Fu style. Continuous Linking Fists is a form from today's Shaolin Temple. COMING SOON!IMDVD02: BEGINNER FORM - WHITE APE STEALS THE PEACH.
This DVD teaches you the second form of this training course. This form introduces more basic techniques, trapping hands and the Mantis Claw. This form comes from the 7 Star Praying Mantis system and has good fighting applications. COMING SOON!IMDVD03: INTERMEDIATE FORM - BLACK TIGER FIST.
This DVD teaches you the third form of this training course. The Tiger represents brute strength, vicious clawing attacks, leaping and pouncing on top of an opponent.
