*SEMINARS* On Sunday April 10, at 10AM Richard Tolson will give a seminar entitled: Praying Mantis Kung Fu - Mastering the Combinations. The seminar would include various combinations taken from the traditional Qixing and Taiji Meihua Tanglangquan forms for use in self defense and sanshou. We would practice the techniques as they appear in the forms, as two man drills, and then in pairs with focus mitts. Starting at 12PM Mike Haley will give a seminar on Mantis Shuai Chiao and Chin Na from the 8 Step (Ba Bu) Mantis style.
